Join artist, educator, and landscape designer, Preston Montague this fall for two exciting drawing workshops designed to inspire your inner naturalist!

1. The Nature of Drawing: Holiday Card Edition (Oct. 7th)

Gather around the gardens of NCSU’s JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh, NC for a morning of creative play for all ages! Using specimens found in the arboretum we will create a greeting card that can be used for the holidays and any other special occasion. No drawing experience required. Just come ready to play!


2. The Nature of Drawing: Autumn Sketchbook (Oct. 21st -22nd)

Learn techniques for accurate and pleasurable nature-sketching during the height of fall color at the gorgeous North Carolina Arboretum, located on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, NC. Participants will learn a range of approaches to drawing in nature to suit their personal goals and style. No drawing experience required.
